Anatoly Smirnov is the winner of the final of the “Leaders of Russia” competition in the Northwestern Federal District
The district final of the 5th season of the "Leaders of Russia" management competition ended in St. Petersburg. The winners were 29 residents of the Northern capital, among them – Production Director of the Acticomp Anatoly Smirnov. All of them received the right to take part in the super final in 2024.
346 managers took part in the final, which took place from September 22 to 24. The contestants solved management problems and demonstrated the skills needed in the practice of managers.
The award ceremony took place at the Mikhailovsky Theater. The winners were 37 managers from six regions of the Northwestern Federal District, 29 of them were representatives of St. Petersburg. The winners work in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, IT, operations, supply and procurement, logistics, and more.
All super finalists will traditionally receive an educational grant in the amount of 1 million RUR, as well as the opportunity to meet with a mentor from among the leading managers of Russia. The winners of the competition will be able to take advantage of the right to career support and counseling throughout the year.
“For me, "Leaders of Russia" is an opportunity to test my abilities, compete in intellectual competition with the country’s best leaders and get involved with a community of people who are ready to share their experience,” - comments Anatoly Smirnov.
"Leaders of Russia" is an all-Russian management competition held by the ANO "Russia - the Land of Opportunities." The main objective of the competition is to search for the most promising and talented managers from all over the country. More than 1 million managers applied to participate in the competition over all seasons.
